The cemetary in Ohlsdorf, Hamburg is the biggest park like cemetary in Europe. It is 3,91 square kilometers large and 450 bush and tree species can be observed there. Its ponds and creeks are the home for many birds and with its size it also is the biggest green space of Hamburg. More information can be found on the cemetarys website.
The images were taken as a study and test with a loaned Leica M6 with a 35 mm asph. and a 90 mm Summicron lens on high resolution film (SPUR DSX).
